What equipment do I need?
Access to basic gym equipment: barbells, dumbbells, a cable machine, and a bench. A home gym setup also works if you have these basics. No fancy equipment required.
I'm a complete beginner. Which program is right for me?
Foundations is designed exactly for you. It teaches the fundamentals in a clear, confidence-building way. Many clients start with Foundations and upgrade to Sculpt once they've built their base.
How is the coaching delivered?
All programs are 100% digital. You'll receive your materials via email. Coaching (in Sculpt and Elite) happens through video reviews, email support, and scheduled calls (Elite only).
What if it doesn't work for me?
For Sculpt and Elite, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you show up, do the work, and don't see progress in the first two weeks, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How is this different from other fitness programs?
