I spent my twenties doing everything the fitness industry told me to do. HIIT classes that left me exhausted. Calorie deficits that left me hungry. Programs that promised transformation but delivered frustration.
Then I discovered something that changed everything: real strength training. Not the "toning" workouts marketed to women. Actual, progressive, skill-based lifting that builds your body instead of breaking it down.
