We look at your appetite, yesterday’s food, pace of loss, training and the changes you can feel—weakness, fading stamina, harder movement, a less supported posture or lightheadedness that deserves a clinician’s attention.
You will not need measurements, records or perfect answers.
What this can tell you: your answers can reveal gaps in food and resistance work and give you a sensible place to start. It cannot diagnose muscle loss or explain dizziness, sudden weakness or balance changes; those belong with your clinician.
