Five small meals for the days when you know you should eat but nothing sounds worth making. Each one is quick, protein-rich and easy to keep ready.
Use a small appetite well
Protein matters, and so do enough total food, carbohydrates and fats. Small meals need to use the appetite you have well enough to support the body you want to keep.
Nº1 · 28g · five minutes
Whisk two eggs with half a cup of cottage cheese, chives and salt. Microwave for 90 seconds in a ramekin for a small, warm meal.
Nº2 · 30g · zero cooking
Milk (not water), a scoop of whey, half a cup of frozen berries, a spoon of Greek yogurt. When chewing feels like a chore, sips still count.
Nº3 · 25g · zero cooking
Roll four slices of deli turkey around soft cheese. Eat two now and keep the other two for later if a full serving feels like too much.
Nº4 · 27g · five minutes
Greek yogurt, cucumber, olive oil, salt, a few crushed crackers. Sweet yogurt gets old fast on a quiet appetite; savory doesn’t.
Nº5 · 26g · the nausea-week one
Cold food has less smell and can be easier on low-appetite days. Keep a small portion of rotisserie chicken in the fridge and add grapes when you want something fresh beside it.
